Could I be pregnant

I stop taking my pill in October and have had 2 proper periods since, the last one ended the 28th March, the last couple of days I have have had twinges in my lower abdomen, feeling dizzy and today I was sick this morning and have had a pounding sore head all day as well as feeling hot/sweaty on and off all day and feel really nauseous right now as I am writing this I have took a few pregnancy test 1-2 weeks ago but they all came back negative is there still a chance I could be pregnant?
