One year shots ... fever?

Baby girl got her one year shots about 10 days ago. She has been running a 101 fever today. It went down with Tylenol. Anyone else have this?

Yep, at the same 9-10 day mark.  She also got a rash on her torso for about 3 days at the same time.

My LO got her shot in March and was fine. But my pediatrician did let me know that for some babies they may get a fever 10-15 days after the shot due to one of the vaccines in the shot. I can’t remember if it was the chicken pox vaccine or not. But he said If baby does get a fever to give the baby Tylenol if her fever gets too high.

This is normal. Baby may also develop a rash. Should only last like 24 hours.

No my son was fine.

My son had fever for 3-4 days, one week after. Between 100 and 102, but he was still himself. Happy with energy. Fever and other side effect are very frequent at the first year vaccin. If you are worried you should call, but it will probably be better in a few days.

My son got his shots on Tuesday and started a fever on Sunday that is still hanging around. I'm going to call tomorrow if he's still not feeling well but I think it's the shots.
