Baby in the 88th percentile
I had my 20 week scan last week and my doctor informed me that while I am very small (4’10” 98lbs pre-pregnancy) my baby boy is in the 88th percentile. Needless to say, I was shocked considering my size and not really sure what causes a baby to be big or small at this point. Is there any weight to this when it is this early on or do percentiles not mean much at this point? OB began dropping c-section hints.
