Could I be pregnant?

Hey ladies! I need some help, I had unprotected sex the 1,2,3 of May this year and I was supposed to start my period the 4th I did start bleeding on the 4th but a little lighter then normal but it seemed like a period? But not my normal heavy period. I ended yesterday the 5th. I have been having a lot of “Implantation pain” as the nurse described it but I did see articles that it is not too likely to get pregnant right before your expected period. I’m not much of a tender breast gal mostly cramping. But I have been nauseous asf and my breasts have been so sore. Just some things seem a bit different. The doc said I may have conceived the 1st or 2nd? But I cannot go take a test it’s too early. So I wanted some tips or maybe answers or if anyone else got pregnant this way?
