Clearing up baby acne!

So my newborn had horrible baby acne, it was all over his little face in his ears, it was really bad in the T-zone and around his eyes. Doc said to just clean with warm water a few times a day BUT I may have found something that will clear it up in just afew days BAKING SODA! We took a bath together and idk why but I always add baking soda and we relaxed and soaked and of course I cleaned his face with just the water and the next day his acne had started to clear up so I just mixed some in a bowl and washed his face with it 2-3 more times and the acne is almost completely gone! I'm a firm believer that the baking soda is drying to up without any harmful affects.
