Growth on Ultrasound

I had an ultrasound done by my doctor last Friday, then 5 days later my husband surprised me with one (since I had been feeling uneasy since my symptoms disappeared). Everything looked great but in 5 days time the baby had only grown two days went from 9x2 to 9x4. I know it probably isn’t anything and the baby looked great on the scan but I have had a lot of issues with this pregnancy. This ultrasound was different places and one was abdominal. It’s probably not that relevant with the size right? Since it was different doctors different machines etc?

I know I being a tad crazy but this pregnancy has got me so anxious!
