It will NOT get rid of the infection, but it will help with the pain, yes you can take it occasionally during pregnancy. Make sure you drink tons of water, and i specify water because the bacteria thrive off of sugars so avoid them.

I wouldn’t I breastfeed and was told there’s not enough studies on it so they wouldn’t even give me the prescription stuff just antibiotic. I have them quite a bit what helps me the most is drink and only and lotsss of water really helps the burning while peeing then I use a rice sock that’s been heated and put it in between my legs. Ok this is a bit embarrassing to admit but I have a toddler so it’s hard to always just hold it there if I’m in pain so I have and do double my granny panties from when I gave birth and I’ll put the sock in that so I can be hands free😅😅 lol you don’t have to do all that but I promise if you’re not using something for pain relief you won’t regret a heated rice sock.
