Would you go to a drive by shower at 2 weeks post partum?

My best friend is pregnant, which was a total surprise since she and her hubby didn’t want any more kiddos. Extra surprise, it’s twins!! They are having a drive by baby shower, which I would LOVE to do, but I will be 12-ish days post partum with my 2nd. I’m not sure how feasible its going to be for me to actually be there. I could obviously just send a gift but this is my very best friend. She’s like a sister to me. Would you go? I mean it’s a drive by so not even like it’s a traditional shower but it would entail packing up hubby, a toddler and a newborn when we will be super sleep deprived to begin with. At 12 days pp with our first i was in no condition to go anywhere but the doctor for baby. I think I probably just need to play it by ear and see how it goes but just wondering what others would do.
