My boss hasn't paid me it's been 2 months

Hi I normally always let things happen and never stand up for myself but I worked as a caregiver back in February before coronavirus etc. I'm an international student and I got sick a week before everything shuts down.

My visa was supposed to end at the end of March anyway so I couldn't continue working even if I wanted to. Though, I have worked for them for for several weeks. They haven't paid me at all. I want to ask for payment but I'm scared to. I'm worried they'd refuse to pay me because I was a new worker and was only there for a few weeks. It's been 2 months, should I let it go? Or how should I word it?
