Exercise on your period
Does anyone else struggle to workout when Aunt Flo is in town? I started the Kayla Itsines BBG program and of course one week in and my period starts. Today I got through the first circuit then my entire body felt like lead, my chest got tight, and my head started pounding. I want to finish my workout but I literally can’t. Like it feels like I have super heavy weights attached to all my limbs and a big one sitting on my chest.
