Ideas for a side dish
I’ve decided to make chicken and veggie kebabs with garlic bread for our Mother’s Day bbq, I’m having trouble coming up with a tasty and healthy side dish (no rice).
I’m considering quinoa tabbouleh but I’m not sure if that would work.
Any ideas?
I’m trying to stay away from potato/macaroni salad and other starches because we are trying to be more health conscious and I’m already serving garlic bread.
Maybe corn in the Cobb?
