How can I keep my milk supply up?!

What can I do/buy to help get my milk supply up??? Not producing like I was..

Just nurse on demand or pump when baby sleeps through a feed and you'll be fine. Drink water but not excessively as too much water can screw with your electrolytes and have the opposite effect. Oats, brewers yeast, flax seed all are supposed to help lactation. Truthfully, I never noticed a difference other than my waistline expanding from all the lactation cookies I made and ate. Power pumping 3x a day helped boost my supply.

When I’d breastfeed, I’d pump an hour after each time I’d feed. Kept my supply up and stocked me up pretty good too
