Could I be pregnant?

I’m 4 days late on a 30 day cycle. I stopped tracking ovulation. Took a test this morning, it wasn’t fmu & got what I’m pretty sure was an invalid test. The only question I have really is if you had a an ectopic pregnancy, did you have a normal period for a few months and then just not? I had an ectopic in November & have gotten 3 periods on time since January & here we are now. I’m trying not to overthink it too much, mostly ectopic pregnancy paranoia, so a period will come if it’s supposed to🤔🥴
