How to stop crying?

I am two weeks postpartum and I can’t stop the tears!! Literally have never cried this much! Not even over anything, just catch myself with tears streaming down my face and can’t control it. Does anyone else feel this way?

I was like this the first two weeks PP. i thought i was losing my mind! I would be getting ice out of the freezer and burst into tears. It was the weirdest thing! My poor husband ha I would just say I have no idea why I’m crying! But I think it was just my hormones leveling out and I was switching from breast feeding to formula because of other issues and after the 2 week mark i started feeling a lot better and now 5 weeks later I feel totally normal again and happy. If you’re concerned bring it up to your doctor! I wasn’t having any depressing thoughts I just literally cried all the time. I hope it clears for you too!

Very normal unfortunately during the first month or so after baby comes. 
Just know there’s an end to it .... and in the meantime, try and go for a walk or have a bite of chocolate or whatever it is that can help you take your mind off of it, if even for a few minutes.

Yes! Very normal I broke down in front of my mom and sister but they both said let it out, it happens expecially after birth. I was crying and hurting mentally for the first month or so now way better, give it some time it'll be okay ♥️
