Do you guys have feeling in your cervix? Like you’re dilating? Labor?

I’m almost 37 weeks and have been getting this minor tickle in my cervix area every once in a while. Almost like I can feel like cervix dilating or effacing.

I’ve also been having leg aches (like growing pains) which I never get, and much stronger Braxton Hicks which I know tends to happen around this time. Baby is still high and is still breech ( we will be trying ecv next week). So I’m not sure if I even could be dilating? Part of me feels like labor is soon but then again you never really know I guess? 🤷🏼‍♀️
