School work and mental health
So I feel weird posting something personal on here but it keeps me from burdening my friends with my problems. It isn’t a big deal but I feel as if I’m disappointing my parents by sleeping in until 11 am so I’m doing my work at 12 at night and idk I don’t have depression but I already almost had an episode of big sad tonight and I feel stressed but I think it’s because I stayed up to late(even tho I can’t go to sleep earlier) and I would go to a therapist but I heard that if you tell them that you thought of ending it than you can get in trouble so if you have any recommendations that would be cool (don’t take this too seriously because it’s late and I’ll feel better in the morning and I’m wayyy over dramatic sometimes)
