Anyone suffered with geographic tongue?

I think i’ve developed geographic tongue. It’s red and sore when I eat certain food. Is it a pregnancy symptom? Any tips to get rid of it?

I have it, it comes and goes, but it is a lifetime condition!! I thought I burned my damn tounge off!! For the most part it is a nuisance, but harmless!! The bumps in my tounge have me going nuts at times lol

I’ve had it my whole life. I glared you with certain foods but normally doesn’t bother me. It hasn’t changed with pregnancy.

I get it a lot when I've had too much sugar. Had it this past week actually! My doctor said it will come and go.

My husband has had it since birth. It doesn’t seem to affect him other than he can taste spices more intensely.
