Boy name help

Hey everyone, could really use some help. We don’t know gender and I thought I had my boy name picked out -Benjamin- but now I’m second guessing because people keep saying “awe little benji” and that makes me think of the dog. I would love some suggestions of classic names. George is on the list too. David is the middle name since it’s my dads name. Thanks. Sisters name is Scarlett.
