POC chime in please!

Looking for something that'll clear up my hyperpigmentation. It's mostly acne scars on my face, but I also have very old scars from when I was a kid that are very bold still at 21. I've tried mederma, vitamin E, and another kind of scar cream that started with an A I think. I'm also looking for something to help with ketosis pilaris on my legs. So far I've just tried exfoliating with my face scrub and a brush but it's not doing much
