Any cat experts or who can give me advice? Need help

How do I get my cat to feel comfortable again? Bit of back story, My cat has just turned two years old I had had her from about six weeks old, she’s my everything. I literally would do anything for her and I will buy and do anything. The thing I need help with is I Hit a point in my life where I couldn’t physically keep her in the room I was renting as I had to move out suddenly from my previous property. I tried everything but my only Option was that room for the time being. I would’ve never gave her up or put her into a shelter I would’ve rather gone homeless. However my sister and stepdad agreed to look after her and I paid them for her all her things, she has stayed with them for about just under a year and now I have finally got back into a new property and can Start my life back up in my new home and take her back. I am worried she’s going to be upset once I move her and she won’t like me as much, my cat has anxiety and is a very shy cat so she hides a lot and I just want to make her feel safe and happy. How do cats deal with a house move as she will be moving again back into my new house. Will she love me again and be happy? Even though she lived away for a year I still visited every week. She does fuss me and meow when I come in but I’m worried how she’ll react when I remove her from this house with My sister and stepdad as she suffers with anxiety and gets very shy and nervous. I know it’s weird to be posting in an app like this but this is the only app I know where you can ask questions and get answers from genuine people and help. Thank you
