ER visit possible miscarriage TMI

I went to the ER today after some lab work, I noticed blood while giving my urine sample. It’s not a constant bleed but I see blood when I wipe and spotting on a liner. I had brown spotting earlier in the week. I should be 9 weeks, had an ultrasound at the ER today and they said my levels are low, (2,000), and I’m only measuring 5 weeks I was told either I’m miscarrying or my date was wrong. I’m hoping for the latter. Has anyone experienced this before. I will have more blood work done Monday to check if levels have risen (fingers crossed). I didn’t experience this with my first.
