Heart Palpitations 😩😭

I know they’re normal. But they are so overwhelming. I’m really hoping they go away because August 27th is a long time away. I don’t want to go through the rest of this pregnancy like this. I get checked by my cardiologist every pregnancy but it still makes me nervous. Which just makes them worse. I haven’t been checked yet this pregnancy but thinking of making an appt to hopefully ease my mind a little. Someone tell me I’m not the only one going through this. People who don’t have them just don’t understand. 😢
