Is he flirting?

There’s a guy at work who’s been extra nice to me ever since I started working there. Anyway, I work in a nursing home; I’m in the kitchen and he’s an administrator. Every once in a while, he comes to the kitchen for coffee. Today, i was restocking the refrigerator. I didn’t hear him sneak in there and he started pushing on the door like he was going to shove me in the fridge. After a while, I decided to see why the door was trying to close and I heard giggling. He smiled, and walked out.

Later, I was taking a break and was sitting in my car. He came outside, opened my car door, sat down, and wanted to make sure I was okay because he was worried about me. (I arrived a little early and was a bit tearful. I didn’t think he saw me though)

What’s up with this? I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t crushing on him. Is he trying to flirt?
