Baby had 1st fever

My poor baby girl is having her first fever. It’s so scary bc of what’s going on. I don’t think it’s possible she’s been exposed bc I don’t take her out and try to protect myself going to get groceries. I don’t think it’s teething bc it got to 103.3.

It’s so hard watching her sick. We have been very lucky so far. She got a little cold from me around 7 Months and also around that time one night had projectile vomiting from maybe a stomach bug.
