Baby weight

Hi ladies so I have been breastfeeding for almost 9 months now. It has helped me lose all my baby weight and go back to my prepregnancy weight

But with still breastfeeding and hoping to till we are 1 I don’t want to lose so much weight so fast

I feel boney 😰

Any recommendations on what I can eat/consume to help.

I’ve always been on the skinny side, before baby too. My weight was 97pounds.

But with breastfeeding I don’t want to lose too much and want to reserve it till she isn’t depending on me for milk anymore (3.5months to go!)
