It’s hard because there is just so much information out there.. first we need to figure out our cycles and then when we ovulated. Then if you do get pregnant there is implantation bleeding that’s same symptoms has period or miscarriage. And what’s PMS ou pregnancy symptoms are identical. And if we get pregnant a miscarriage can happen for no reason. Sometimes think of how women did it back when there was no information, is it easier not to worry so much.
