To BD everyday or NOT to BD everyday? That is the question!

So many contradicting articles about BD(Baby Dancing). 
1. One says BD everyday for a better chance because waiting too long can decrease the chance of sperm mobility. 
2.Another says BD every other day because his sperm is immature and strong sperm needs to build up.   
What are you guys currently you doing?
For the women who ￼conceived, how were many times were you BD in your fertile window?

I think this more depends on your husband's sperm. Has he been tested? For those who have low count, you'll want to do every other day. Doing it every other day will not slow the motility. Typically when you see that its because they are bd'ing once every few weeks.

Every other day to increase sperm count is a myth. My obgyn said that the chances are actually higher in women’s who have sex every day while trying to conceive.

The best chances of falling pregnant is 1-2 days before ovulation.  Every second day is fine to conceive.  Some ladies prefer every day which certainly doesn’t hurt.  For a male with no sperm issues, they are fine every day and also every second day (speed only deteriorates after many days I’ve read).  If there are sperm issues, every second day is best to allow them to regenerate.

For me, best chance was a few days before you actually ovulate and on the days you ovulate. You could not BD for a whole month but catch those days and you are in for the best possible chance. Baby dust to u 💛

It only takes one time. People can have sex everyday for a month and still not get pregnant. We did it 1 time and I got pregnant.
