birth control

How bad is it to not take combined mono linyah birth control pill everyday at the same time? I usually take it within a 5 hour time frame (7pm-12) but i’m super busy so it’s hard. Just worried because I know there is always a possibility to get pregnant when on the pill. We use condoms as well so I shouldn’t be too worried,but just curious if the effectiveness is less when not taking it same exact time everyday!??
