Dark patches?!?!!

So my bf has these dark patches on his chest area. Do you guys know what it might be? Also one of them got bigger than it used to be. TIA

Looks like just pigment difference. Pretty normal in my opinion. Try getting looked at by a dermatologist if it's a concern
