TTC with a yeast infection... am I out?

Let me give you guys a background. I’m 20 years old, typical 28 day cycle, and generally healthy. My PCP put me on antibiotics for 10 days (2 pills a day) about 6 days ago for strep and now I have about 4 days left and I’m currently on CD8. I have a really bad yeast infection and I already took the flucanozole (1 dose) this morning. My only question is, am I out this cycle due to having a yeast infection and being on antibiotics? Me and my husband tried to BD this evening and it burned so bad after he came inside me due to my yeast infection. Will the combination of antibiotics, flucanozole, and not being able to BD for the next 2 days put me out this cycle? Thanks in advance ladies.
