Severe constipation! 😩
I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and experiencing horrible constipation. Been walking, drinking water and adding fiber to it and still horribly constipated. Gross but true! It really is so uncomfortable. Is anyone else experiencing this and what are you doing to help with it?
