Is it safe ?

I’ve been drinking Raspberry Tea, and I didn’t realize tea is a no no when pregnant. It’s the instant tea so I don’t know if it applies to it. Has anyone ever drank this tea before or any tea at all and everything was fine?

Why can’t you have tea? Because of caffeine? I drink regular black tea maybe once a week. My mom drank tea and coffee all throughout her pregnancies

The rasberry tea would be fine, but teas like eucalyptus tea is a no, 
But rasberry leaf tea is actually a recommended tea in third trimester to help your uterus

Maybe I’m confused about your tea, but I thought red raspberry leaf tea causes contractions and it should only be taken/drunk after 36 weeks.

Tea in general is fine. The type can be a problem. Google the specific kind you are wanting to drink if you aren’t sure. One I didn’t know about is hibiscuses tea or teas with it in it can cause miscarriage and complications and it’s in quite a few...

Just watch the caffeine intake, you don't want more than 200mg of caffeine a day, and remember things you don't expect would have it can have it. Chocolate, teas, protein/granola bars, some cereals, even some headache medications. Most of these are low doses but it's still there and can definitely add up!

I think ur referring to raspberry leaf tea. The lea you have their is mostly artificially flavored so it’s not that legit. It’s just flavored raspberry. It’s not raspberry LEAF. Ur all good.
