How do you know when your baby out grows his diapers and when to move up a size?

Leaking, blowouts, if it feels too tight on his tummy, weight of baby too!

Red marks on their legs too are a sign

If I get a blow out it’s almost certainly time to change sizes. I’ve never had a diaper leak but that’s a sign. there are also little marks on the diaper if the tabs don’t overlap those spots they are too small.
