Thoughts on texts?

My friend sent me these really upset saying she realized her boyfriend didn’t want to have sex as much as she did (maybe not at all) when they first had sex together. I’m unsure of what to think or how to respond but she sent me these texts of their conversation.
He’s a sweet guy and I see that he cares for her but when she talks about the wording of his reaction about their first time, it does sound a little...”glad we had sex, didn’t necessarily want it at the time tho” but idk

It sounds like he liked her, he was just surprised to have sex that early.
I relate, I didn't know if I'd ever have sex with my boyfriend because he's religious, but I went along with it because he made it clear he was comfortable with it. 
I think she's reading into it way too much, it sounds like he just didn't expect it yet and sex wasn't the goal of his pursuing her... which is not bad..

She needs to drop it. I don’t want to sound mean, but she’s looking too far into this. I think she needs to step back and just calm down for a moment. 
It honestly just sounds like that he felt nervous/unsure of himself at the time because it was so soon and he didn’t expect it. That happens to a lot of people. He told her that he did want it, and both of them know it wasn’t forced.

He is surprised she initiated sex so soon and he is a gentleman so is saying he would’ve been happy to wait longer. He said he was surprised that she went for it after their first date. Meaning she said something to indicate she wouldn’t do it so soon after and in the last text she says she regrets doing it too soon.
