Possibly really gross sooo.. but very concerning for me ..

So I’ve had them for not very long there there’s this white stuff and I’ve search other to find out what it is , and I don’t know what it could be from to be honest I wash I think it care after I used soap and it got around on accident because it was irritated and that came up I could be wrong ? Any ideas 🧐?? Just very concerned thank you :( it’s also not inside it’s on the outside like under my vaginal opening
