So much pain - suggestions welcome!

Has anyone else suffered from severe gas pains? I'm 17 weeks pregnant and the last few days I've been SO hungry and then I get major gas pains every morning. It's like the gas is just sitting right under my ribcage. I get pretty burpy. This hasn't happened since weeks 7 - 10 for me and suddenly it's back with a vengeance. Usually gasX will help but today it hasn't been. I'm currently sitting in my office trying not to die from gas. Ugh!! Any suggestions!?!
