Annoying customer

Oh my gaaaadddddddd. We have this “customer” who isn’t even a customer, come into my job every day bc she just wants cups of our ice. Before the pandemic, she could bring her own cups so she would bring like like 5-6 at a time and we would fill it up for her. But now with all this, we have stopped the usage of people mugs/cups (obviously) so we can only give her one cup of ice a day since she doesn’t buy anything and she didn’t like that. She tries to sneak in an extra with other employees who don’t know better.

Recently she’s been bringing these two big guys with her and have them buy a drink so she can get extra ice. Yesterday she demanded 3 cups bc of one of the guys bought a drink and I straight up told her “no you can only get 2” and she started trying to get loud and rude with my coworkers and I with a lobby of customers. I’m the supervisor so obviously she takes it up with me but my god I flat out just wanna say “I’m sorry I don’t want to serve you. Please come back when I am not here”

A lot of my coworkers have told me that she is/was a drug addict and honestly it scares me how aggressive she gets so I’m scared to say anything then she’ll find me on the streets or worse, try and get crazy with me at work 😭
