May be miscarrying...

I went for my first ultrasound today, 7w5d and there was no baby in the sac. She said I may be earlier than I thought, but I got my + test on 4/13/20, LMP was 3/19/20. She said it’s possible it‘s a blighted ovum and I’m going to miscarry this week. I have a follow up ultrasound next week to check if 1) the miscarriage cleared out okay or 2) if the baby just wasn’t as far as I thought. Please share any positive stories. She told me not to worry yet but I can’t help it. I’m shattered.
