Bad tummy

Been dealing with this since he was about 3 days old. He is so gassy and his tummy always hurts. I do everything I can to try to make him comfortable but it DOES NOT work. Bicycle kicks, pushing legs up, rocking, holding, swaying, massaging, literally everything you could think of. I have tried several different formulas and he is on Elecare now and has been for over a month. HE DOES NOT SLEEP. AT ALL. He wants to, but his tummy bothers him. I’ve expressed my concerns to his Ped many MANY times. And she says he’s fine. She hasn’t ran any type of tests or done any imaging. Just about every time he farts, a small amount of watery poop comes out. She prescribed Miralax and it’s not helping. Called and told them and she prescribed lactulose. I have yet to try it. I’m alone 24/7. I live alone and his dad isn’t around. I don’t have any family to help. We have been alone since the start and Idk how much more I can take with no sleep. Even when he does “sleep” he wakes up several times wiggling and squirming, grunting and crying bc of his tummy. Idk what to do anymore.
