Cups and pads?

So I bought my first cup today should I wear pads with my cup or just my cup help please

I would use something else with it until you 100% get the hang of it. I made the mistake of thinking I had the hang of it my first time and leaked because it wasn’t open properly. I’d say your first few cycles it would be smart to use a pad/ liner just in case
