Racist nurse?

I went into the hospital personal issues and while I was there I had a white nurse see me and we talked about kids and I said I just had a baby and she said I just became a grandma too. And she then began saying her daughter married a Mexican like me, and how they wanted a light skinned and blue eyed baby but they got a tan baby with brown eyes, then I said I’m sure he is beautiful congrats and then she said I’m sure he will be tan because her daughter is with a Mexican man and I was What!?! I responded we are all in different shade lol, I feel so bad for the poor baby every baby is beautiful regardless the color of their skin, I have 3 daughters and they’re different shades of Mexican lol but I never cared about that
