Maybe I’m overreacting!

Basically I just need some advice.

I’m 12 weeks pregnant, my first scan is tomorrow. However since yesterday I’ve been having this sort of stitch type pain all around my right hand side of my stomach, and going around the top part of my stomach as-well.

Is this something to be concerned about? It’s not like a pain it’s more discomfort and annoying.
