Bloody discharge from breast

Has anyone else experienced this? I am 25+2 and just went to have a bath (the back pain!) and noticed that there was a spot of blood, I figured maybe I cut myself somehow and managed to get it there while getting ready for the bath, but then noticed more came out as I went about getting ready to hop in the tub... is this somewhat normal? I do plan on mentioning this to my GP/Midwife but until I can do that... have you heard of this or had it happen?!?

Please help! Freaking out!
