Anyone's toddler drop their nap? My daughter started not sleeping for her naps and then when she did, it would take her forever to fall asleep at night and wouldn't sleep soundly.

My son stopped napping forever ago. I would try soooo hard to get him to nap and it just would cause so much stress on him and me so I said f it! He will occasionally nap if he falls asleep in the car, but otherwise sleeps 830-830/9.

My daughter is like half way there I think. She's still napping 1-3pm most days but occasionally will skip it. Yesterday around 1pm she actually asked to go nap and went to bed by herself which was different lol. She definitely still needs it, she's like so tired she seems drunk if she misses it.

My son neeeds his nap and honestly loves it. He sleeps 1-3/3:30 every day and then sleeps 9pm-6/7am each morning. He is super high energy

My daughter dropped hers right before she turned two. Now she's fighting going to sleep at 7pm after being up for 12 hours. We keep her very active during the day too, she doesn't even get much tv, so I have no idea where she gets all the energy. If she took a nap I would be fighting to get her to sleep until past midnight... 😩 I miss the break though.

My son dropped it a couple months ago. Right now I don’t mind hanging out with him all day, we do try to have a little bit of quiet time at some point (try being the key word, this child DOES NOT STOP EVER). I’m going to miss it in a couple weeks tho when baby #2 arrives & I won’t be able to rest as much, then be up through the night lol

He would fight us for nap but take a solid 2 hour nap but then have the hardest time falling asleep   Sometimes up past 9. So we stopped it and he goes to bed and sleeps much better

Weve been no naps for a few months now. It's been the best for my little one. No more fighting sleep at bed time and sleeps soundly all night long (usually).  Took a few weeks to get over being crabby and adjusting to the new schedule but now hes enjoying more activities during his awake time.
