I got my positive pregnancy test!

It's literally a week before my scheduled annual. Obviously I'm calling my obgyn today to let them know about my positive pregnancy test. I'm 4 weeks currently I will be 5 weeks at my annual. Will they perform an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. I know its super early and you can only see a sack. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get a positive pregnancy test right before your scheduled annual pap? What did they do at your appointment since you were preggo?
