Has anyone had a Prolapse?

With baby number two I ended up with a slight prolapse. After having her I thought it went away but almost a year and a half later I decided to take a mirror to check down there and I think it has come back especially when I am ovulating its the worst. Ive very active and only 25. What did you do for it? Im done having kids. And im over this 😭😭😭 but I would love to get it taken care of so I never have to worry again but im scared of any surgery. Ive never had one. What do I do 😩 TIA!!!
