Thrombosed hemorrhoid 34 weeks

I am suffering! Last Saturday night I was constipated went to the bathroom woke up with a huge hemorrhoid Sunday that was turning purple so I started babying it immediately. It just kept getting worse and worse so Wednesday I went to my baby doctors and she said it’s very irritated and that i needed to come back in a week and if it wasn’t getting better we would have to drain it ... I am doing everything to get this thing to go down !! Help! I am using suppositories, prep h, epson salt baths, tucks, baby wipes, stool softeners. It’s still pretty bad! I really don’t want surgery right before I have a baby. 😢 it is started to feel somewhat better but y’all I’m so scared .
