Any tips on those who had a short first time labor ?

Hi moms! Curious if anyone has tips on how you had a short first time labor ??

From the time my water broke to the time I delivered was 5 hours and I only pushed for 3 minutes. Only thing I did was walk and bounce on a ball. You can try things, but you have no control over how fast or slow your labor is.

Both my labor and deliverys were 3hrs. I did a lot of walking and a little bit of exercise but im not sure if that helped or if its just the way my body is.

Active labour was 50 mins (including 10 mins of pushing, he got stuck) 
Didn't really do anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ did quite a bit of walking before but no more than I normally do
