White spots/dots on nipples??

Question

So I have never had this happen before and kinda concerned. The white dots are not pimples btw.I am 11 dpo with very sore nipples I have not tested but planning to on Sunday. Is this normal? Have any of you had this happen? Here's to hoping it's a sign of a bfp.
