Spotting

Has anyone ever had spotting for over a week ? First it started out as light pink spotting and only when I wipe, some days there was none then it would happen again.. its a little darker in color now but still only when I wipe. I’ve had sore breast for a minute.. my cycle is really heavy so I know it’s not that.. also I was having frequent urination but not so much anymore. I’ve took pregnancy test and they are negative plus it would’ve popped up by now ..
